Blade material: Böhler K720 and 75ni8, two carbon steels that not only offer exceptional hardness thanks to a high hardness of approximately 61-62 HRC and excellent edge retention, but also allow for a striking color variation. Anyone you cook for will turn green with envy at this knife.
